Bulk Extract Tabs Returns & Refund Policy

At Bulk Extract Tabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review the policy below to understand how returns and refunds apply to different product types.

Unwanted Goods – Hardware
Unwanted hardware items can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, provided the item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

For online purchases, we will accept returns if the item has been opened but remains unused, with all original packaging and accessories included. A restocking fee may apply in these cases.

For any future in-store purchases, you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Without proof of purchase, we are unable to process your return.

Return Shipping: For online orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Authorization Required: Please contact our customer support team via our website before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.

Liquids, Extracts & Drip Tips
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for e-liquids, extracts, or drip tips that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.

• Please check your order carefully before opening these items.

• Claims regarding missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, before the item is opened.

Rechargeable Vape Kits & Prefilled Pods
Rechargeable vape kits and prefilled pods are considered consumable, oral personal care products. As such:

• They cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used due to health code restrictions.

• Claims for "dead on arrival" batteries or "lack of flavor" are difficult to verify after use and are generally not covered by warranty unless a clear manufacturer defect is present and reported within 48 hours.

• Puff counts mentioned on product listings are manufacturer estimates and may vary significantly based on individual usage patterns, battery voltage, and environmental factors.

Hardware Warranty (Mods & Devices)
All mods and electronic hardware devices purchased from Bulk Extract Tabs come with a 60-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturer defects.

This warranty is void and does not cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect assembly, improper use of batteries, or using incorrect chargers

• Normal wear and tear (including finish wear and thread stripping)

• Neglect, accidental damage (drops, spills), or unauthorized modifications/repairs

• Leakage damage resulting from improper coil installation or tank assembly

Faulty Device Procedure:
If your mod becomes faulty within the 60-day window, please contact us via our website with the following information:

• Full Name

• Order Number

• Shipping Zip Code

• Detailed Description of the Issue

Our support team may contact you to walk through troubleshooting steps. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will authorize the return for inspection. Do not return the item until you have received a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team. Items shipped back without authorization may not be processed
