Returns & Warranty Policy

Unwanted Items (Hardware)
You may return unopened and unused hardware within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Online Purchases: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Future In-Store Purchases: Returns require a valid proof of purchase.

Coils & Atomizers
Coils are considered consumable items with a limited lifespan. If you believe a coil is faulty upon arrival (Dead on Arrival), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit.

Rechargeable Devices & Pod Systems
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer warranty claims on opened rechargeable vape kits or prefilled pods.

Clearance & Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" (including disposable devices) are sold AS-IS.

  • These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or warranty claims.

  • Please note that some clearance items may be near or past their "best by" date.

  • Battery life and puff count estimates provided by the manufacturer are estimates and not guaranteed.

Liquids, Extracts, and Accessories

  • Leakage: While we package all items with care, please ensure caps are secured upon arrival. Bulk Extract Tabs is not responsible for leakage caused by handling during transit or storage.

  • Opened Items: Due to health and safety standards, opened or used e-liquids, extracts, or drip tips cannot be returned.

Hardware Warranty (Mods & Devices)
Bulk Extract Tabs offers a 30-day limited warranty on hardware devices (mods) against manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.

  • Claims: If a device is faulty within 30 days, please contact us to arrange an inspection. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Atomizers (Tanks): Please ensure coils are primed and tanks are filled correctly before use. Claims for Dead on Arrival (DOA) atomizers must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged Products
If your package arrives with visible external damage, please refuse the delivery from the carrier. If you accept a visibly damaged package, we cannot process claims with the shipping provider.

For concealed damage, you must report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging and provide photos of the damage to expedite the claims process. Claims submitted outside of this window cannot be accepted.

Delivery & Dispatch Policy

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States (excluding US territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses for certain expedited services).

Dispatch Time

Delivery Liability

  • Safe Place: If you instruct the carrier to leave your package in a "Safe Place" (via delivery instructions or carrier apps), Bulk Extract Tabs is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

  • Refused Packages: Do not accept deliveries if the outer box is severely damaged. If you refuse a package for any other reason, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.

Weight & Size Restrictions
Oversized parcels may be shipped via an alternative carrier (such as UPS instead of USPS) at no additional cost to you to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Missing Parcels
If your tracking information shows no movement or the package appears lost, please allow 5 business days from the last scan before contacting support. During peak seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) or extreme weather events, please allow additional time for carrier delays.

Claims for Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Claims for missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept claims for missing items reported after this window.
